Job Overview We are looking for an International Operations Executive to manage coordination with global teams and agencies for campaign execution. The role involves curating KOL/creator lists, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth campaign operations while strictly adhering to timelines.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate with international teams and partner agencies for creator lists, onboarding, and campaign execution.
● Curate and review agency-submitted KOL/creator lists, ensuring alignment with campaign briefs and quality standards.
● Track campaign timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
● Maintain communication with stakeholders across time zones for updates, approvals, and execution tracking.
● Validate creator details, content formats, and platform activity as per campaign requirements.
● Prepare execution trackers, reports, and summaries for internal teams.
● Support campaign operations, documentation, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and agencies simultaneously.
● Strong organizational and time management skills with deadline-driven mindset.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and tracking tools.
● Basic understanding of creator ecosystem, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns is a plus.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership.
● Comfortable working with global teams and different time zones.
