Job Title: MIS Executive (Management Information Systems Executive)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and reports. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, handling large datasets, and supporting management with accurate data analysis to aid decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Manage and analyze large datasets using Advanced Excel.

• Create dashboards, reports, and data summaries for management review.

• Use Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and advanced formulas for data analysis.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile data.

• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.

• Maintain and update databases and records.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and insights from data to support business decisions.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel (Mandatory)

• Strong analytical and data management skills

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work with large data sets

• Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: 3–5 years in MIS / Data Reporting role

• Gender: Male / Female

• Excel Skills: Must be excellent in Advanced Excel
