Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
    • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and conducting orientation for new hires.
    • Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee issues, resolving conflicts, and managing disciplinary actions or investigations.
    • Compliance & Policies:
       Ensuring adherence to employment laws (e.g., FMLA, FLSA) and updating company policies.
  • Benefits & Compensation: Administering employee benefit plans, payroll inputs, and leave management.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, setting objectives, and facilitating training initiatives.
