Job Description:
Position: Instrument Technician
Location: Sarigam near by Vapi
Experience: 2 - 4 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters
- Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
- Troubleshoot faults in control systems, sensors, and transmitters
- Work with control systems like PLC, DCS, and SCADA (basic to intermediate level)
- Maintain and service control valves, actuators, and positioners
- Ensure proper loop checking and commissioning of instruments
- Read and interpret P&ID diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical drawings
- Maintain documentation for calibration and maintenance records
- Follow safety standards, especially in hazardous chemical environments
- Support shutdown and plant maintenance activities
Required Skills:
- Experience in instrumentation for chemical/process plants.
- Troubleshooting
- Basic PLC/DCS knowledge
- Calibration skills
- Safety awareness
Required Qualification: - ITI - Instrumentation
Salary: - Upto 3.60 LPA
