Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Coordinator to support site operations, coordinate with customers and internal teams, maintain site updates, and ensure smooth execution of ongoing work.
The role requires good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, site teams, and internal departments
Maintain updates on project and site status
Assist in scheduling measurements and site visits
Support the sales team in order execution and follow-up
Maintain records of site discussions, work progress, and updates
Ensure proper coordination for materials and site readiness
Handle basic customer and site-related coordination issues
Support reporting and documentation work
Help ensure the timely completion of assigned site activities
