Job Summary:
The HR Head will lead and manage the overall human resources function, aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy relations

- Identify training needs and implement L&D programs
