Job Description:

Job Summary:

The HR Head will lead and manage the overall human resources function, aligning HR strategies with business goals. This role involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  • Drive organizational growth, culture, and transformation initiatives

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy
  • Ensure timely hiring of quality talent
  • Build strong employer branding and talent pipelines

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and surveys
  • Address employee concerns and maintain healthy relations

4. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems
  • Drive goal setting, KPIs, and productivity improvement
  • Support leadership in performance reviews and succession planning

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement L&D programs
  • Develop leadership pipelines and career progression frameworks

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive salary structures and benefits programs
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness

7. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Oversee payroll, HRMIS, and administrative processes
  • Maintain HR documentation and audits

8. Change Management & Organizational Development

  • Lead restructuring and change initiatives
  • Drive process improvements and HR digital transformation
