We are seeking an experienced Catalog / Product Data Merchandiser to manage product information, catalogs, and listings for our e-commerce business. The role involves curating product data, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams, optimizing product listings, and ensuring catalog accuracy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Magento, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to drive catalog strategies that improve product visibility, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Product Data Management

• Gather, update, and maintain accurate product information (descriptions, pricing, images, specifications).
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.

Catalog Creation & Maintenance

• Consolidate and organize product data for seamless catalog navigation.
• Ensure catalogs are visually appealing and customer-friendly.

Inventory Management

• Track stock levels and update product availability.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory records.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular catalog data audits to identify and correct errors.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and consistency across listings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to align catalog content with business strategies.

Key Attributes:

• 10–15 years of experience in catalog merchandising, e-commerce, or product management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Magento.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven track record of managing large product catalogs.
