Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication and production activities on the shop floor.
- Manage and guide machine operators and workers.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor machine operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Required Skills
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Experience in fabrication or heavy machinery manufacturing.
