Sr. Project Engineer -POR

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through production, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and engineering analysis to validate designs and resolve complex mechanical problems.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and test plans.
• Ensure that all engineering designs and processes meet health, safety, and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and teamwork.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to achieve integrated project solutions.
• Act as a technical resource and point of contact, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers or clients to resolve significant issues.
• Support RFQs by analyzing technical feasibility and preparing detailed engineering inputs.
• Estimate manufacturing project costs and timelines and manage projects to stay within budget and schedule constraints.
• Contribute to process improvements, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, manufacturability (DFM), and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, manufacturing processes, and advancements in mechanical engineering
