Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Management
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Managing job postings, screening resumes (especially for Article Assistants and Audit staff), and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Handling the documentation for new joiners, induction into firm policies, and exit formalities.
  • Payroll Coordination: Gathering attendance and leave data to assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in deductions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the firm adheres to labor laws and maintaining updated employee records (both soft and hard copies).
  • Employee Relations: Serving as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues. 
Office Administration
  • Facility Management: Overseeing daily office operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and infrastructure up-keep.
  • Vendor & Supply Management: Managing relationships with vendors for office stationery, pantry supplies, and IT equipment maintenance.
  • Coordination: Managing schedules, organizing internal firm meetings, and occasionally handling travel bookings for partners or senior auditors.
  • Documentation: Maintaining general office filing systems and managing correspondence with external parties. 
     
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA) is standard; an MBA in HR or a related field is often preferred for Managerial titles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data tracking) and familiarity with HRMS or payroll software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language) and a high level of discretion regarding confidential firm data.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in a professional services firm (CA, Law, or Consulting) is highly beneficial due to the specific nature of staffing (e.g., managing CA Articles).
