Job Description:
We are in need of a Tele Marketing Executive. Below is the Job Profile
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls & Lead Generation: Initiating cold calls to prospects to generate leads and boost sales, often using provided scripts.
- Sales & Product Promotion: Effectively presenting products/services, explaining benefits, and overcoming customer objections to close sales.
- Target Achievement: Working
diligently to meet or exceed individual and team-based performance targets. - Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients, following up on leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or in a similar customer-facing role. Freshers are also Welcome
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Traits: Resilience, persuasion, and the ability to work under pressure.
Common Qualifications
- Undergraduates, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a marketing or business-related background is a plus.
- Knowledge of consumer rights and telephone etiquette.
Job Location - Satellite / Vastrapur
Office Hours: 10 AM to 07 PM
Weekly Off - Rotational
