Sales Executive
Job Description:
Job Summary: The Sales Executive – Garment Sector will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key mall, supporting onboarding of new mall customers, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales, operations, marketing, and branding functions. The role requires strong market awareness, relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver consistent sales performance in a competitive environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Onboarding • Support onboarding of the mall as a new customer • Coordinate onboarding formalities, approvals, and system setup • Post-onboarding, support product and category listing as per mall requirements Sales Targets • Achieve defined monthly and annual sales targets • Drive volume-based and repeat sales • Support management with sales planning and projections Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key persons in mall • Act as key point of contact for ongoing business coordination • Strengthen long-term partnerships to ensure consistent sales flow Order Booking & Tagging • Book, tag, and track orders with correct SKU, pricing, quantities, and timelines • Ensure accurate documentation for internal processing • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams Market Observation & Intelligence • Observe and report ongoing offers, pricing, and promotions in comparable malls and brands • Monitor competitor collections, pricing strategies, and seasonal activities • Identify market gaps, demand trends, and fast-moving items • Provide structured market feedback to management Branding & Visibility • Support brand positioning within the mall environment • Coordinate branding materials and in-mall visibility initiatives • Ensure brand standards and presentation are maintained Paid Ads & Marketing Coordination • Coordinate with marketing teams for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) • Support lead handling from digital campaigns • Share ground-level feedback on campaign performance Exhibitions & Business Events • Support participation in exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events • Handle partner engagement during events • Ensure post-event follow-up and conversion Reporting & Coordination • Submit regular sales, activity, and market observation reports • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and launches Key Skills & Competencies • Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills • Good understanding of the garment and retail mall ecosystem • Market analysis and competitive intelligence capabilities • Cross-functional coordination and execution skills • Strong communication, reporting, and follow-up abilities • Experience in Garment sector is required
