KRA: Task / Activities |
|
HR Operations · Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. · Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. · Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively. Compliance & Legal · Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. · Maintain proper documentation related to HR compliance and audits. · Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for regulatory requirements. Payroll & Compensation · Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. · Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, and statutory deductions. Manpower Management · Plan workforce requirements and ensure effective manpower utilization. · Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and workforce productivity. Risk Management · Identify potential HR risks and implement preventive strategies. · Ensure workplace policies support employee safety and compliance. Administration · Oversee administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. · Coordinate with internal departments for operational efficiency. |

· Recruitment Efficiency – Timely closure of open positions and effective manpower planning. · Compliance Management – Ensuring 100% adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies. · Payroll Accuracy – Accurate and timely processing of payroll, attendance, and employee benefits. · Employee Relations – Effective handling of employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment. · Administration & Risk Management – Smooth administrative operations while identifying and mitigating HR-related risks. |
