AM -Mechanical Maintenance
Job Description:
Strong knowledge of the hydraulic system, valve, pump, Seals etc.
• Handled complete mechanical maintenance of Hot Strip Mill equipment, including Steckel Mill, Strip Mill, work roll, backup roll,Pinch Roll, Deflector Roll, Run Out Table, Laminar Cooling, and Up-Coiler mandrel to be repair.
• Managed daily operations and maintenance activities of the Hot Strip Mill (HSM), including AGC, HGC, Hydraulic Cylinder.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing preventive maintenance of critical equipment in the Hot Rolling Mill to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinder and valve to be repair.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems used in rolling mills.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, execution, and documentation
