1. Position Details:
- Job Title: Sales Executive

- Reports To: Sales Head
2. Job Purpose
To generate sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets by
promoting fabric products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Key Roles
- Drive sales of woven fabrics in domestic/export markets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Act as a link between customers and internal teams
4. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers (traders, garment units, exporters)
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order negotiations
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Coordinate with production and operations for order execution
- Follow up on orders, dispatch, and payments
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
5. Authority
- Negotiate prices within approved limits
- Offer discounts within defined range
- Coordinate internally for order prioritization
6. Accountability
- Achieving sales targets
- Timely order conversion and execution
- Customer satisfaction and retention
- Payment follow-ups and collection
- Accurate reporting to Sales Head
7. Key KPIs
- Sales Revenue (Monthly/Yearly)
- New Customer Acquisition
- Order Conversion Rate
- Collection Efficiency (%)
- Customer Retention Rate
8. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (Textile preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in textile/fabric sales
- Knowledge of weaving fabrics preferred

- Market understanding
- Coordination & follow-up skills
