HR FOR FOUNDRY PLANT - BHILAI , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead, recruit, and onboard workers, supervisors, and technical staff to meet production demands, specifically for casting, molding, and maintenance roles.
- Industrial Relations (IR): Act as the liaison between management and labor unions, negotiating contracts and resolving disputes to maintain labor peace.
- Compliance & Labour Law: Ensure strict adherence to factories act, safety regulations, minimum wage regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Shopfloor Management: Manage daily, shift-based attendance, workforce productivity, and shopfloor optimization.
- Training & Safety: Implement safety programs to ensure a zero-accident workplace, focusing on handling hazards common to foundries.
- HR Admin: Oversee canteen, transport, security, and employee welfare activities.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, specifically in a foundry, steel, or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, union dynamics, and workforce planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
- Manpower productivity and retention.
- Statutory compliance rate.
