Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Full Stack Technical Project Manager with 4–5 years of experience who can blend strong technical expertise with effective project leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable systems, leading development teams, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures
• Make technical decisions on tech stacks, frameworks, and integrations
• Provide hands-on support in full stack development
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined timelines
• Break down business requirements into technical tasks and roadmaps
• Coordinate with developers, stakeholders, and management
• Conduct code reviews to ensure performance and best practices
• Define and enforce coding standards and development guidelines
• Ensure proper use of version control, CI/CD, and testing practices
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Conduct technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Promote modern technologies and best development practices
• Continuously improve system performance, security, and reliability

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Strong backend knowledge (Node.js, Python, or PHP)
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and architectural thinking
