Overview

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven AI/ML Developer with 2–3 years of experience to build intelligent, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently researching, designing, and deploying AI models while contributing to product innovation and future AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data preprocessing to deployment)
• Develop scalable and production-ready AI solutions
• Conduct research on new algorithms, techniques, and tools
• Evaluate and implement advanced ML frameworks and models
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and deep learning trends
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement understanding
• Lead development of AI-based features and products
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Take ownership from research to production deployment
• Work independently on complex challenges
• Prototype and experiment with different AI approaches
• Document learnings and contribute to knowledge sharing

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and model evaluation
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and tuning
• Ability to build complete ML pipelines
• Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
