Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Head to lead and manage operations in Madhya Pradesh. The candidate should have strong experience in the agrochemical industry along with leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete branch operations including sales, distribution, and team management
- Drive business growth and achieve regional sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage and lead the sales team and field staff
- Build strong dealer and distributor networks
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance
Requirements:
- Experience: 8–12 years in agrochemical industry with team handling
- Age: 40–45 years
- Qualification: Graduate (Agriculture preferred), MBA (added advantage)
- Skills: Leadership, communication, and result-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh
