Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee overall business operations and drive sales growth across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall business operations and strategic planning
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Expand dealer/distributor network
- Lead and mentor the team
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and customer needs
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience: 10–15 years in agrochemical industry
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Strong dealer network, especially in Gujarat
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Result-driven and proactive approach
