Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee overall business operations and drive sales growth across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall business operations and strategic planning
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Expand dealer/distributor network
  • Lead and mentor the team
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10–15 years in agrochemical industry
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Strong dealer network, especially in Gujarat
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Result-driven and proactive approach
