Job Description:
Position: Sr. Engineer - Quality
Location: Valsad
Experience: 4 - 5 Years
Industries: Electronics
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain QMS per ISO/IATF standards; lead audits and ensure compliance.
- Define inspection plans for incoming, in-process, and final stages.
- Monitor process capability using SPC; improve yield and reduce defects.
- Lead RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support NPI with FMEA, control plans, and validation.
- Manage supplier quality and corrective actions.
- Handle customer complaints with 8D reports.
- Track KPIs and drive quality performance improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Proficient in QA documentation and data review
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Required Qualification: - Any Engineering
Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
