Billing Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process labor bill entries accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update vendor details and card entries in Excel.
• Material bill checking and verification with purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Handle ERP-related billing entries and updates.
• Coordinate with site teams for material follow-up and billing confirmation.
• Maintain and update the database for all billing and inventory records.
• Ensure timely inventory database entry and reconciliation.
• Ability to read and write in Gujarati for documentation and communication.
• Manage documentation, file records, and audit data for billing activities.
• Ensure proper verification of ledgers, challans, and supporting documents.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for maintaining records and reports.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar Billing or Accounts role.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical calculations and billing accuracy.
• Experience in ERP systems preferred.
• Industry: Open to all industries; preference for candidates from the Real Estate industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record management.
