JOB DESCRIPTIONS Job Title: Sr. Executive– Business Development (Preschool Franchise) Location: Gurugoan . India Department:Business Development / Franchise Expansion Reports To: Head – Business Development / Director Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sr Executive– Business Development to drive franchise expansion for our preschool brand. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term relationships to grow the brand presence across target regions. Key Responsibilities 1. Franchise Sales & Expansion • Identify and generate leads for new preschool franchise opportunities • Conduct market research to identify potential cities/locations for expansion • Drive the entire franchise sales process from lead generation to closure • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets 2. Lead Management • Handle inbound and outbound franchise inquiries • Qualify prospects based on investment capability, location, and alignment with brand values • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information 3. Client Engagement & Conversion • Conduct presentations, meetings, and webinars for prospective franchisees • Explain business model, ROI, setup requirements, and support structure • Address queries and negotiate commercial terms 4. Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, training, marketing) for smooth onboarding 5. Market Intelligence • Track competitors and industry trends in preschool and early education sector • Provide insights for improving franchise offerings and pricing strategies 6.
