Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business targets by identifying potential clients, generating business, and driving profitability.
  • Enhance business value through process improvements, sales focus, and implementation of best practices.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Identify and drive improvements in customer experience and digital capabilities.
  • Represent the company at key industry events to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Prepare reports for the executive team on business opportunities, risks, and requirements.
  • Undertake sales of other products/services offered at the Group level.
  • Coordinate with clients across all stages, including claim settlement support.
  • Lead specialized marketing for technical insurance products (e.g., liability insurance), requiring strong product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to increase product visibility.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to refine strategies.
