Job Description:
ey Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain call records and update customer data in the system
- Explain product details, offers, and pricing to customers
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools, etc.)
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Profile:
- Fresher or candidate with up to 2 years of telecalling/customer service experience
- Experience in sales or garment/apparel industry is an advantage
- Candidate based in or near Ghaziabad
