Job Description:

ey Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Maintain call records and update customer data in the system
  • Explain product details, offers, and pricing to customers
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
  • Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools, etc.)
  • Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Profile:

  • Fresher or candidate with up to 2 years of telecalling/customer service experience
  • Experience in sales or garment/apparel industry is an advantage
  • Candidate based in or near Ghaziabad
