Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Export Executive to manage both domestic and international dispatch operations for garment shipments.

The role will involve coordinating logistics activities, handling export documentation, managing container planning, and ensuring efficient shipment of goods through road transport as well as sea routes and occasional air freight shipments based on business requirements.

The candidate should have strong experience in garment logistics, advance licensing, vessel shipments, container loading coordination, and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Export Logistics & Documentation

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and clearing agents.
• Handle export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc. and Certificate of Origin.
• Manage Advance Authorization / Advance Licensing processes and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to customs regulations and export compliance requirements.

Domestic & International Dispatch Management

• Manage domestic dispatches to clients, warehouses, and distribution partners across India.
• Plan and coordinate international shipments through sea routes (vessel shipments).
• Ensure timely shipment schedules aligned with production and dispatch timelines.
• Track shipments and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.

Container Planning & Packing Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the packing and warehouse teams to plan efficient container loading.
• Ensure maximum utilization of container space by minimizing empty gaps.
• Prepare packing plans and container loading arrangements as per shipment requirements.
• Monitor container stuffing and dispatch schedules.

Shipment Planning & Coordination

• Ensure cargo readiness before container cut-off timelines.
• Coordinate with production, packing, and dispatch departments for smooth shipment planning.
• Proactively resolve logistics issues related to delays, documentation, or shipment movement.

Vendor & Transporter Coordination

• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping partners for domestic and international shipments.
• Negotiate freight costs where required and monitor shipment movement.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain logistics MIS including dispatch reports, shipment tracking, container planning, and export documentation records.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding shipment status and logistics activities.

Candidate Profile:

Education - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of garment logistics and export operations
• Experience handling domestic dispatch and international sea shipments
• Knowledge of advance licensing / export incentives
• Familiarity with export documentation and customs procedures
• Good coordination and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems

Additional Preference

• Candidates residing in or near Noida / Greater Noida / nearby NCR locations will be preferred for operational convenience.

• Only candidates with prior experience in garment/apparel export logistics will be considered.”

Remuneration - Up to ₹6.5 LPA (based on experience and suitability)
