Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned area
  • Expand market reach and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and key clients
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues
  • Track inventory movement and stock availability in the market
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in apparel, FMCG, or retail sector)
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution network
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience in garment/apparel industry
  • Existing network of distributors/retailers
  • Candidate based in or near Ghaziabad / NCR region
