Job Description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate costing, BOM, and techno-commercial offers for electrical panel projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study RFQs, drawings (SLD, GA), and technical specifications
- Prepare detailed BOM (Bill of Material)
- Perform costing (material + labour + overhead)
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and pricing
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers
- Discuss costing and margin with management before submission
- Support sales team during technical clarification & negotiation
- Maintain cost database and records
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD panels
- Understanding of electrical components (ACB, MCCB, relays, etc.)
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD
- Good communication and coordination skills
Key Expectations:
- Fast and accurate offer submission
- Minimum errors in BOM & costing
- Strong coordination with sales, design, and purchase teams
