Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving organizational growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong communication skills, market research ability, and effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive organizational growth through proactive business development strategies.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Promote and acquire memberships for the organization.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, meetings, and referrals.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and business forums.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass or above.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or related field.
• Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
