Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts – 8 Hours Each)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Shift Engineer for our Aluminum Die Casting unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling shift operations, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage die casting operations during the assigned shift
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning
• Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime
• Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection rates
• Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain shift reports and production records
• Ensure safety practices and shop floor discipline
• Support continuous improvement activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Tech (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Fresher to 3 Years (Experience in Aluminum Die Casting preferred)

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Aluminum Die Casting process
• Understanding of production and quality parameters
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Basic communication and team handling skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of HPDC machines
• Familiarity with casting defects and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety practices

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work in 3-shift rotation
• Immediate joiners preferred
