Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who also has hands-on experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging video content and understand how to tailor creatives for ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and advertisements
• Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) optimized for different platforms
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and subtitles
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align videos with brand strategy
• Ensure quick turnaround time while maintaining quality standards

Meta Ads Management:

• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Develop ad creatives and video content optimized for conversions and engagement
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, optimization)
• Knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or digital marketing agencies
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and ad creatives
• Understanding of audience behavior and content trends
