KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

👉 Lead & transform a team of 9 RMs
👉 Build discipline, KPI culture & daily reporting
👉 Design structured sales funnel (Lead → Demo → Closure)
👉 Improve conversion & drive aggressive follow-ups
👉 Personally close high-value deals (₹1Cr+)
👉 Create SOPs for lead handling & closing
👉 Ensure CRM-based, data-driven sales system

🧠 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

✔ 10–15+ years in Sales
✔ 5+ years in Plastic / F&B Machinery / Industrial Sales
✔ Experience handling 5–15 member sales team
✔ Proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales
