Job Description:
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: The Executive supports the sales team by managing client inquiries, coordinating
with internal teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role ensures
smooth execution of the sales process, timely follow-ups, and post-sales support,
while contributing to business growth through lead generation, client relationship
management, and market insights.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Handle incoming inquiries, leads, and
client communication through calls,
emails.
Generate new business opportunities
through research, follow-ups, and
referrals.
Follow up on pending payments,
contracts, and renewals.
Support sales teams by providing
necessary data, quotations, reports,
monitoring market trends and
competitor activities.
Participate in site visits/client visits. Coordinating with operations,
logistics, and finance teams for
smooth service delivery.
Assist in client onboarding and post-
sales support to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and
performance analysis for
management.

MIN QUALIFICATION Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Business Administration, or
related fields) .
MBA is a plus.
MIN EXPERIENCE Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or client relationship
management.
Experience in industrial products/services or B2B sales is a plus.
