Job Title: Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales (Flexible Packaging)- DGM/ GM Level

Location- Marketing Office, Jasola, New Delhi

Experience & Salary- experience of more than 12 years, Salary Negotiable ( CTC range-Rs 35-45 lac)

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing key corporate accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency in order processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and contract commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle key corporate customers such as Huhtamaki/ Amcor/ Uflex etc.  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for order finalization and price negotiations.
• Ensure timely and accurate punching of sales orders in the system.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of all sales order details.
• Coordinate with PPC (Production Planning & Control) to ensure availability of TDD in SAP within 2–3 days from the date of sales order.
• Drive achievement of monthly sales order targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Ensure timely lifting of ready material by customers as per agreed delivery schedules.
• Address and resolve customer quality issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Handle and resolve account-related issues in collaboration with the finance team.
• Engage with brand owners for finalization of annual rate contracts.
• Manage post-award contract execution, including compliance with commercial terms and supply commitments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
