The candidate will work closely with hardware and firmware engineers to build, validate, and troubleshoot embedded electronic assemblies including microcontroller-based boards, sensor modules, and communication interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
🔧 Soldering & Assembly

Perform hand soldering and SMD rework on PCBs with embedded components (MCUs, FPGAs, sensors, connectors)
Solder fine-pitch ICs, BGA components, QFN, TQFP packages using hot air rework stations
Assemble Through-Hole (THT) and Surface Mount (SMT) components as per BOM and assembly drawings
Apply and reflow solder paste using stencil printing and reflow oven
Perform rework and repair of faulty boards following IPC-A-610 standards
Maintain ESD-safe workstation and follow anti-static protocols
