Job Description:
We are looking for talented professionals from Architectural and Interior Design backgrounds to join our dynamic Projects team.
candidate should have a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the passion to transform spaces into experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and should have experience in drafting detailed “Good For Construction architectural drawings and interior layouts for residential, commercial projects.
- Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and project quality.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus).
- Strong detailing ability, and understanding of space planning.
- Strong MEP coordination knowledge.
Education
- Architectural Education: Diploma in Architecture.
- AutoCAD Proficiency: Excellent skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
- Sketch up Proficiency: 3d visualisation
