Marketing Manager ( SAAS Software Company)
Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end marketing execution across website, inbound funnels, campaigns, and performance channels. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with direct visibility to founders, ideal for someone who executes fast, thinks in funnels, and delivers measurable growth.
An AI-first mindset is mandatory, as the role requires active use of AI tools to improve speed, experimentation, and output quality.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Manage website performance, landing pages, and messaging
- Improve conversion rates through continuous testing (A/B testing)
- Handle SEO fundamentals (on-page & technical)
- Track performance via GA4 and Search Console
Inbound & Funnel Execution
- Build and optimize inbound funnels (content → landing page → email → conversion)
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Collaborate with Sales to drive pipeline impact
Product Marketing & Campaigns
- Translate product positioning into high-impact campaigns
- Support feature launches and brand narrative
- Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, battlecards)
Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Execute campaigns across web, email, and social media
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Drive traffic, leads, and pipeline contribution
Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage SEO, paid marketing, PR, creative, and web agencies
- Define KPIs, timelines, and ensure quality delivery
- Drive outcome-focused execution
AI-First Marketing Execution
- Use AI tools for research, content creation, creatives, and reporting
- Build scalable, AI-driven experimentation systems

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing (preferably B2B SaaS)
