Job Role
Monthly Hiring Targets
Consistently hire 4–6 qualified candidates per month,
ensuring the right balance of talent quality, role fit, and salary
alignment with company standards.
Advanced Sourcing Skills
Ability to find candidates using multiple
platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job
groups, databases, referrals) and use
Boolean search techniques to identify
hidden talent.
Multi-Platform Talent Sourcing
Source candidates using multiple job portals and recruitment
channels (such as job boards, databases, referrals, and
social platforms) to build a strong pipeline of potential hires.
Resume Screening & Role Mapping
Strong ability to quickly evaluate resumes,
understand job requirements, and match
candidates to the right role within minutes.
Candidate Database Screening
Actively screen and shortlist candidates from existing
databases across different platforms, identifying profiles that
match the company’s requirements.
Structured Interviewing
Ability to design and conduct practical,
competency-based interviews that test real
skills instead of just asking generic
questions.
Role Definition & Interview Design
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles clearly,
including required responsibilities, practical interview
questions, and technical skill assessments relevant to the
position.
Recruitment Funnel Management
Understanding of pipeline metrics such as
sourcing → screening → interview → offer
→ joining, and ability to improve conversion
at each stage.
Pre-Screening System Design
Create simple and precise Google Forms or screening
questionnaires with minimal but highly effective questions to
quickly filter out unqualified candidates before the interview
stage.
Assessment & Filtering Systems
Skill in creating efficient pre-screening tools
(Google Forms, questionnaires, skill tests)
to eliminate unfit candidates early.
