Implement Sales Strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify potential clients, pitch products/services and negotiate contracts to close deals.
Drive business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong client and
partner relationships.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns both online and offline to promote products/services
and increase sales.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs and monitor competitor
activities for informed business decisions.
Enhance the Company’s Brand presence through advertising, promotions and public
relations efforts.
Maintain a robust CRM system to track client interactions, follow up on leads and ensure
high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and other
customer-facing documents within the CRM.
Conduct thorough online research to identify potential customers and key stakeholders.
Initiate communication via email, phone, or other digital means to introduce the company’s
products and services.
Nurture leads by providing relevant information and follow-up to convert prospects into
customers.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning.
Increase the company's visibility in the digital space through Google Ads, SEO, lead Portals,
and Website management
Identify and research upcoming industry trends and new market segments.
Responsible for providing financial insights including product-wise revenue contribution,
profit margins, and budget utilization. Supports revenue forecasting by analyzing current
trends in sales and marketing expenditures.
Able to create and deliver effective presentations on diverse topics and preparing various
MIS report.
Manage and promote export marketing activities, identifying international market
opportunities, coordinating with global clients, and ensuring compliance with export
regulations to drive international sales growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY REQUIRMENTS
1. MBA in Marketing or a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
2. 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Tin or Woven Sacks industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation or interpersonal skills
4. Experience in implementing marketing campaigns and conducting marketing research.
5. Ability to work independently, meet targets and handle client relationships
6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Digital Marketing strategies
7. Willingness to travel pan-India as required for client meetings.
