Job Description:
Position: Jr. Engineer - Production
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Industry: Engineering
Responsibilities:
-
Execute production activities as per PPC plan and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and track movement of parts across all production stages
- Ensure correct routing of components from cutting to final assembly
- Coordinate with design, fabrication, paint, and assembly teams for seamless operations
- Identify and report production delays, shortages, and bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate production records and update ERP/tracking systems
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of parts on shop floor
- Follow production priorities and expedite urgent requirements
- Support PPC Engineer in daily production planning and execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/rejection
Required Skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing flow (Laser, Fabrication, Paint, Assembly)
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings
- Strong coordination & follow-up skills
- Shop-floor oriented mindset (not desk job)
- Basic Excel /ERP knowledge
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 4.80 LPA
