Sales Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to drive business growth in our specialized manufacturing segments, including Sheet Metal Fabrication, Tubular Subassemblies, Powder Coating, and Tool & Die making. This role bridges the gap between technical engineering capabilities and market demands for both industrial clients (B2B) and direct consumers (B2C)
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B clients (OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers) and B2C customers for custom fabrication and coating services.
- Technical Consultation: Review customer engineering drawings and provide expert advice on the feasibility of sheet metal parts, tubular designs, and tool/die requirements.
- Quotation & Costing: Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, including material nesting and consumption analysis for sheet metal and fabrication parts.
- Process Expertise: Effectively communicate the benefits of our Powder Coating finishes and Tool Room precision to potential clients.
- Project Liaison: Coordinate between the customer and the production/design teams to ensure manufacturing adheres to design specifications and deadlines.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in metal cutting, stamping, and finishing to adjust sales strategies and improve market positioning.
- Post-Sales Support: Handle technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting or training to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within the sheet metal or tool-and-die industry.
