Job Description:

We are hiring a Project Manager – Aerospace in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage aerospace projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure strict compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues proactively.
Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Optimize resource allocation and ensure projects are completed within budget.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
3 to 6 years of experience in an aerospace company.
Proven ability to manage complex aerospace projects independently.
Strong knowledge of aerospace processes, standards, and manufacturing systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling ISRO, defence, or aviation-related projects.
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
Strong technical and analytical skills.
