Sales Manager
Job Description:
Handle B2B sales outreach (cafés, hotels, corporates, institutions, events)
Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, emails, and social platforms
Arrange and execute client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
Assist in market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and feedback collection
Support content ideas and on-ground branding activities
Maintain sales reports and lead trackers Strong communication skills (English, Hindi ,Gujarati is a plus)
Comfortable with fieldwork and people interaction
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Passion for sustainability and purpose-driven brands
Travel has to be done for client meetings as per the requirements
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Industry Preference: FMCG Preferred
Education: BBA / MBA – Marketing
