*📢 We’re Hiring: Productivity Improvement Executive – API Manufacturing*
📍 Location: Digwal, Telangana
🕒 Experience: 2 – 4 Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Pharma / Industrial Engineering / Production or related field
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
⏰ Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM / Rotational Shift
📄 Employment Type: Contract (Renewable until project completion)
*💼 Role & Responsibilities:*
✔ Conduct Time & Motion Studies to identify Value-Added (VA) and Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities
✔ Analyse manpower utilization and improve labour efficiency
✔ Map end-to-end API manufacturing processes (charging, reaction, filtration, drying, etc.)
✔ Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities to improve throughput
✔ Recommend workforce optimization strategies
✔ Support automation and digitalization initiatives
