Job Description:

Position:        QA Manager

Location:      Bhilad nearby Vapi

Experience:   7 - 10 Years

Industries:    Cosmetic

 Responsibilities:

• Quality System Oversight
• Develop, implement, and maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards for cosmetics production.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, BIS in India, etc.).
• Raw Material & Supplier Quality Control
• Establish and monitor quality standards for incoming raw materials, packaging, and ingredients.
• Conduct supplier audits and approve vendors based on quality performance.
• Production Process Monitoring
• Supervise in-process quality checks during mixing, filling, and packaging stages.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Finished Product Testing & Release
• Oversee microbiological, stability, and performance testing of finished products.
• Approve batch release only after meeting defined quality specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and test results.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and present findings to senior management.
• Training & Team Development
• Train production and QA staff on hygiene, safety, and quality protocols.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across departments.
• Customer Complaint & Recall Management
• Investigate product complaints and implement root cause analysis.
• Lead recall procedures if necessary, ensuring consumer safety and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualification:- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical
