Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Security Head with an Army background to lead and
oversee all security operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong
leadership, discipline, and expertise in managing teams, ensuring safety protocols, and
safeguarding company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and supervise the team of security guards and staff.
- Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring strict compliance with security
protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and external agencies when required.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation.
- Ensure discipline, vigilance, and professionalism across the security team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ex-Army personnel with 7–10 years of experience in security leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of security systems, surveillance, and emergency response.
