Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated and disciplined Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, managing multiple positions, and ensuring timely closures.

 

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Incentives:

  • Closure Incentive + Revenue Incentive
  • Earning Potential: ₹10,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
Weekly Off: All Sundays

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Job Hai, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and virtual interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates for feedback, offer rollout, and joining
  • Understand client/company requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly
  • Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Job Hai, LinkedIn
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes

 

Additional Requirements (Remote Role):

  • Stable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

 

Preferred Profile:

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
  • Experience in a consultancy/recruitment firm will be an added advantage
