Job Description:
1 Oversee daily store operations and staff management
2 Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth
3 Deliver excellent customer service and handle high-value clients
4 Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product display
5 Ensure security of jewellery and adherence to safety protocols
6 Train, guide, and evaluate sales team performance
7 Handle billing, cash management, and store reporting
8 Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and brand standards
9 Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
10 Coordinate with vendors and manage stock replenishment
