Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Accounts Executive to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Assist in monthly and annual closing processes

• Maintain ledger entries and ensure accuracy of financial data

• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements

• Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collections

• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-control measures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in handling end-to-end accounting

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills
