Summary

The Sales Manager – Processed Granules is responsible for driving sales and market development of granule products. The role includes identifying new customers, managing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting market expansion strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

 

 Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for granule products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

 Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

 Market Development

  • Identify new markets, distributors, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to track competitors and pricing trends.
  • Promote company products through meetings, presentations, and visits.

 Sales Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems.
  • Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions when required.

 Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

 Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Maintain strong knowledge of granule products and applications.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.

Identify potential customers and contact for new business opportunities, who uses Processed Granules, for Industrial purpose 

Additional Responsibilities

 

Managing production teams for quality issues, and technical trouble- shooting. 

 

Knowledge & Skill requirement

 

Mechanical aptitude (knowing how to apprehend a sale of technical products and manage it) understanding of manufacturing processes.

Ability to listen to understand the expectations and needs of the customer.

Analytical mind to transform customer needs into solutions.

Ability to interact with industry decision-makers (General Manager, Purchasing Director, and Technical Director) and consider multicultural factors in negotiation and grabbing the work order.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel 50%+ or more to Dealers and Channel Partners.
  • Identifying new customers, managing existing client relationshipsindustry knowledge, exposure dealing Trader and Dealers - Processed Granules
  • 10+ years' experience in field sales
  • A process thinker seeking productivity and exceptional service.
  • Strong leadership skills and initiative
  • Skilled negotiator and analytical person
  • Collaborator with a professional, cheerful outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office
